A 12 story, concrete frame, 65,000 SF apartment building
over on-grade parking in the shadow of the Ben Franklin Bridge.
The design uses a very narrow, 40 ft footprint to accomodate
difficult site constraints, providing for a challenging structural design.

Belmont Towers
Ocean City, MD
A deluxe, 75 unit oceanfront building. This 269,000 SF,
8 story multi-use structure will feature a rooftop pool,
boardwalk retail, and parking garage.

Marina View Towers
Philadelphia, PA
This 29-story residential tower on the banks of the Delaware River
and adjacent to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge presented a number of
unique structural challenges. Built with one and two way post tension
slabs on cast-in-place columns, the columns for the 25 residential
stories did not line up with the parking level columns. An elaborate
system of massive, 8 ft deep by 4 ft wide transfer girders was designed.

The Moravian

This building incorporates a retrofit of several historic buildings,
a connected, new residential tower and restoration of historic facades.
The 54,000 SF condo's steel design had low floor heights
to match the historic building,and one of the country's few
car elevators, which required a specially engineered steel. |

York Square Lofts
Philadelphia, PA
A project noted for it's progressive enhancement of the urban living
environment, this 60 unit concrete structure with full brick facade and
10 ft windows rests on a 52 car underground garage,
with commercial space, interior courtyards, and
rooftop terraces.
